1.) Important - If you choose to rename the subfolder that
is currently called EFB before uploading to your server
you will need to modify the files called mytext1,2,3,4
and change the following line of code:

&theUrl=/EFB/https://www.tradebit.com#form

to

&theUrl=/nameofsubfoldergoeshere/https://www.tradebit.com#form

doing this will ensure anyone clicking on the example
banner on https://www.tradebit.com will be just taken to the form
bookmark link in the page. If you arent sure - just
upload the folder called EFB and send people to:
https://www.tradebit.com

2.) Replace the current form code in https://www.tradebit.com with that
provided by your autoresponder service provider.

3.) Insert the link to your web sites Privacy Policy

4.) Modify https://www.tradebit.com with the correct link to the zip
file, add your contact details and insert your backend
promotion / offer if you have one.

Feel free to edit the web site as you choose - you will find
